Tried to make a purchase on August 16th afternoon around 3:30pm in-store. Cashier asked for my membership information but I don't have a membership. And they said I have to provide an email and phone number to create a membership. They also said I can't purchase unless I have a membership. I don't like to provide my personal information to make small in-store purchases so definitely not a good experience. There were no signs or notices anywhere indicating that the store recently changed to 'members only' so this caught me by surprise. I have purchased from this store many times prior. I most likely will NOT be making anymore purchases from this store. I suspect the cashier was lying to improve her own 'work performance' stats because she said the change 'just happened recently'. Shady.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE purchase 2 blind box from there opened up one everything was good. The second one was missing the card that is part of the collectible literally as soon as I walked out of the store I went back to the store and they refused to take it back, even though they were parts missing from the box they said there’s a manufacturing error and there’s nothing we can do about it. Meanwhile, nothing was open besides the outer cardboard box the mystery car was not opened or anything. Along with the receipt, it states returns up to seven days use new Or defective and they refuse to take the product back, not following their company policy Just a whole bunch of scam Artist do not purchase here and the girl behind the counter is extremely rude

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience at this store was frustrating enough to warrant one. How can someone run a store when you can’t even speak English Or Spanish for that matter. I’m not trying to be rude, but if you have an establishment in the United States. At least don’t you want to speak one of the main languages English or Spanish. When I approach the workers about a particular item, they had no clue what I was talking about. Even though they are main items carried by Miniso stores! I had to go out of my way to google the items to show them! There was no effort to be polite, let alone helpful. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. A little courtesy goes a long way, and unfortunately, that was completely missing here.

Someone a year ago

They have really cute stuff, but their signs are misleading.. it's unclear what's on sale and what isn't... so you find stuff you think is on sale and it's not. Some things don't even have prices so you have to carry them around with no intention of buying them because you don't know the price yet, and when you do find out you won't want it. 4 small items added up to 50 bucks, I just told the cashier to forget it.

Love this little stop! The price is so reasonable. Everything is cute AF🥰 the store is on the second floor near to the Lush store
